Everyone brings a dish to share, something to drink, and we have an informal discussion, with a heavy emphasis on hands on learning and open discussion of whatever topics come up. While there may be a selected topic for a particular meeting, if the discussion wanders to other topics that is fine, everything will be free form.
Topics will generally be more for those new to the lifestyle, so will focus on beginner levels more than advanced, there will be no set "presenter", whoever attends who has experience or a point of view to put forth is welcome.
